Captain Minimums heure de vol  – 4000 hours including 1500 hrs on turbo jet of which 500 hrs are on type.
 USD 8000.00 per month (Offshore tax free figure)
 
 CoPilot / First Officer Minimums
Total Flying Time – 500 hours on type
Package – Circa USD 3500.00 to USD 5500 per month (Offshore tax free figure)
F/O Package Scale:
• heure de vol entre  500 – 1500 = USD 3500
• heure de vole entre 1500 – 3000 = USD 4500
• heure de vol entre  3000 = USD 5500
 
 TRI Captains (instructor)
Pilots with type rating instructor credentials - environ USD 9000.00 per month (Offshore
tax free figure)
 
NOTE – PERFORMANCE REVIEW
FOR ALL PILOTS A PERFORMANCE REVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED 3 MONTHS
AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THEIR 4 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD. AT THIS
STAGE A SALARY REVIEW BASED ON PERFORMANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
A PILOT STANDS TO HAVE EITHER
No Adjustment – if performance is deemed as poor or below average

Adjustment between USD500.00/mnth to USD750.00/mnth – if performance is
deemed as good through to excellent.

Pilot schedules
Generally 5 days on – 2days off per week.
 
Weekly Hours
Variable, but in the region of 20 – 25 hours block time.
 
8.Rotation Programme and Accomodation
8 weeks on – 4 weeks off. Secure accommodation provided
 
9.Rotation Travel
All rotation air travel covered
